Come join us and feel joyful, refreshed and invigorated with sound and movement.
We are creating a safe space for you to look at and reconnect with yourself, without judgement, allowing you to feel happier and healthier.
During our time together we will highlight the importance and necessity of daily self care, with simple practice as will be shown at the retreat, and how these can efficiently help manage pain, discomfort and stress.
What to expect from the day:
A welcome session to explain the purpose of the Sound Movement retreat
Starting with a short introduction to essential oils and how to use them to help you be more mindful, followed by a little self reflexology
A breathing meditation session to scan your body, assess how you currently feel, bringing you into the present moment
A mat Pilates class with conscience and presence, paying attention to your movements and how they make you feel
An active meditation session to activate the power within followed by making a sound of a powerful soul with gratitude
Relax and experience a sound bath to bring out the power of your inner frequency
Finishing off with a collective Reiki session followed by a moment of silence
After each session you will have a few minutes for bit of journaling, where you will take note of how you feel so far and what you’ve noticed about your body, emotions, ideas - whatever comes to mind.
We will have a break half way through the event. Refreshments will be provided.
Event location: Unit 208 Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD
We're on the 2nd floor, Unit 208 (turn right after leaving the elevator).
The event starts at 11:00am and we ask guests to arrive at 10:30pm to get settled in. Please arrive on time. We won’t be able to accept any late arrivals as this will interrupt the experience for the other guests.

Instructor bios
Carla Kronfli
Carla is the founder of Vivo Pilates and has over 14 years of experience as a Pilates instructor. She is also a Reiki therapist and has always nurtured the interest for holistic therapies and the study of the chakra system. She has done and still does treatments that follow a more natural, holistic and integrated approach to health, using movement as a tool for her own well-being and for her clients. Movement is a great tool to work not only the physical body, but also to release muscle tension and tightness and to bring peace and quiet to the busy mind. And since Pilates integrates body, mind and spirit, it can easily be part of an exercise routine by itself or as a complement to other practices. She is a regular practitioner of Pilates and meditation.
Daniela Righi
Daniela is a beautiful holistic energy therapist that knows how to hold a secure space for the inner transformation to happen. With her unique and intuitive approach, she can identify her clients imbalances and potentials by analyzing their voice holistically. In her presence, we feel her love, tranquility, laugh, encouragement, and determination. She works with Sound & Energy Healing and her aim is to provide the tools she has to her clients to become more familiar with their thoughts and feelings and make the changes they need to break through inner obstacles they face and live a healthy and happy life. The event is about 3 minutes walk from Imperial Wharf overground station and 15-20 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green tube stations.

You can get a full refund up to 15 days prior to the retreat, 50% refund up to 7 days prior to the retreat and no refund 7 days before it. And if you do need a refund, please contact us at sound.movement.retreat@gmail.com

Hot drinks and nibbles will be provided. There is a cafe and a supermarket close by if you need anything extra.

Please bring your yoga or Pilates mat, something to put your head on if needed, like a yoga block, a cushion or a folded towel and a blanket - things to make you feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Wear comfortable clothing you are able to move in and socks, in case you don't like to stay barefoot. And as you might feel a bit chilly during meditation and sound bath, a jumper is also advisable.

Sound Bath is a deeply immersive meditative experience where attendees whole body is "bathed" in sound waves using healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, and human voice. The intention is to invite you to deeply relax for a restorative and therapeutic healing to happen.

Many attendees instantly go to a deep relaxation state while others may take longer. The sounds you hear, consciously and subconsciously, are the right ones for you. They will resonate to what is needed to heal, to shift energy and to nourish your whole being.

Vivo Pilates was proud to be hosting a holistic afternoon retreat in collaboration with two very special ladies, Daniela and Maíra. The retreat took place at the Vivo Pilates studio in Chelsea Harbour and we had a full house! Guests were treated to a multi-sensory healing experience to nourish the mind, body and spirit.
This retreat was created as a break to help people escape the chaos of everyday life! A half-day of self-care, helping you feel more relaxed, more present and more aware of your own body through the practice of Pilates, sound therapy and meditation. It highlights the importance and need for daily self-care and how simple practices, such as those presented, are effective in managing pain, discomfort and stress.
Guests left feeling refreshed, energized, rested, with more mental clarity, focus and presence!
